Delivery Charges

UK mainland orders over £75.00 are delivered FREE of charge. For orders below £75.00 to any UK mainland address, delivery is charged at £5.95. For customers outside the UK mainland, (Please note: For customers in Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands ans Scottish Islands, our courier charges extra for this service. Please call for an updated price (Usually £18 for Ireland etc.) and we will pass on any charges at cost.) please order as normal and we will contact you to confirm the delivery charge before dispatching the goods.

Goods normally arrive within 3-5 working days via our couriers, Initial CityLink / DHL and TNT. If you require express delivery, please contact us and we will provide a competitive quotation. Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If you require a Saturday delivery, please contact us for a quotation.

If there is no answer at the delivery address, the courier will put a card through the door giving contact details and instructions on how to re-arrange delivery.

Please do not sign for, or accept any parcel from InStyle Products Limited, which has been damaged in transit.

Please notify us immediately of any faulty or incorrect goods which have been received. Once goods have been returned to our premises, we will either refund the original cost of the goods or send a suitable replacement, once goods have been inspected. Please Note: InStyle Products Limited reserve the right to apply our standard handling charge of 20% on all non-faulty returns.

PLEASE NOTE: Jersey has recently introduced a Goods and Services Tax (GST). This will apply to all goods delivered into Jersey at a rate of 3% of the value of goods inclusive of any freight costs. InStyle does NOT collect this tax, it is payable to the Government of Jersey upon delivery. This tax is charged, over and above our invoice total (inc. carraige).
